Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Chairgoods, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and transparent process regarding returns and refunds. Please note, all policies apply within the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Missing Return Label?

Return labels are not included in our packages. If you need to initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the process.

3. How to Start a Return

Please contact [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or screenshot)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or a short video of the product (if it’s defective/damaged)

Once your return is received and verified (typically within 24 hours), you will receive confirmation via email. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days, although your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We gladly support free exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Wrong size received (not as ordered)

5. Exchange

Exchanges are available only for defective, wrong, or incorrect size products. We cover return shipping costs in these cases. To request an exchange, please contact [email protected].

6. Refund

After we inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method
  • Additional 3–5 business days may be required for your bank/card provider to complete the transaction

7. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this time, production may have begun, and cancellation might not be guaranteed. Important: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. If the address is incorrect and the delivery fails, the customer assumes full responsibility for any resulting loss.
