We currently ship apparel, footwear, and fashion accessories across the globe. All shipments are managed through trusted logistics partners to ensure tracking visibility and delivery assurance.

Order Handling Time

Every order goes through a brief verification and preparation period before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) are counted as next-business-day orders.

chairgoods.com partners with major carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, as well as local postal services for international shipments.

Final shipping costs appear at checkout and are calculated by destination, weight, and selected delivery method.


Tracking and Order Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Customers can also track orders through the “My Orders” page in their  Chairgoods’s account.
For guest orders, all tracking details will be sent via email.

If tracking shows no movement for more than five business days, contact support@chairgoods.com for assistance.


Shipping Locations and Restrictions

We currently ship to most global destinations, including:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union (selected countries)

  • Australia and New Zealand

  • Selected Asian regions (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong)

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Embargoed or restricted countries

  • Remote regions not covered by major carriers

If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for a custom quote or verification.


Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Regulations

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your destination country.
These are not included in product prices or shipping fees and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Please note:

  • We cannot undervalue or mark shipments as “gifts.”

  • Customs clearance may extend delivery times.

  • chairgoods.com is not responsible for any additional fees or customs-related delays.


Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address during checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • chairgoods.com is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.


Delivery Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural disruptions

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Transportation or supply chain issues

  • Inaccurate address details

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe by more than 7 business days, contact support@chairgoods.com for investigation.


Order Splitting and Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers.
Each package will have its own tracking number, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  1. Notify support@chairgoods.com within 7 days of the delivery date indicated by the carrier.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will coordinate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Order Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
